1. There were two 1.55 players. Guessing Flintoff as he is more in the news at the moment.

5. No decent guesses for the last one. Only observation is that the top order batsmen come at the end, and that since includes both teams it is nothing specific to a player (not "Warne's 700th victim" etc). So ... pass
